Founded in 1991, Cimansazan is a successful company well known in project execution in IRAN During this period, Cimansazan has been involved in several projects in the fields of:
Process & Equipment design Engineering work & Supervision Manufacturing of equipment in various field Erection work & Commissioning Project Planning & Management, Engineering capabilities, high quality steel works, on time and qualified execution in design & engineering, manufacturing, erection and commissioning have introduced Cimansazan as a reliable company to all its clients.
P.C. or E.P.C Work in different fields of industrial projects are the new strategy and the main activity of our company.
Capabilities
4000 Sq. meters workshop with 40 tons lifting capacity in 13000 Sq. meters area, more than 1000 Sq. meters offices and 250 permanent employees, make the company able to produce 3000 tons of complicated and accurate steel products each year in different fields in its own workshop.
Temporary employees are not limited and are engaged locally for each project during execution. Projects sites are highly mobilized so that manufacturing of parts with large dimensions or without high accuracies are always planned to be made at sites.
These conditions have made us capable of manufacturing of more than 15000 tons of machineries per year, which can be increased by increment of the project numbers. Accuracy, high quality and on-time delivery are our aim in Cimansazan to satisfy customers’ expectations.

Integrated Management System
Cimansazan Company as a member of Iranian manufacturer group of industrial equipment with the aims of improving its standing in the group and its effective presence in the Middle East and Central Asia market has included the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) in its plans based on the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007.
Cimansazan Co. by implementing IMS based on customer satisfaction, manufacturing of high quality products, Environment protection, safe workplace creation and occupational health & safety observation principals is committed to consider and develop the following goals:
- Improving customer satisfaction by realizing and planning for providing their requirements
- Improving knowledge and awareness of the personnel by providing continual trainings and assessing their effectiveness.
- Motivating personnel by improving performance based management, developing teamwork attitude, following National rules and regulations related to products, environment and occupational health and safety.

Stacker and Reclaimer
These equipment are used to charge the stock yards with bulk materials in order to make a proper mixed material and ready to be used in production lines when discharging mass controlled .
Stock piles may be linear or circular .
Stacker in linear pile moves parallel to the pile on top of an intake belt conveyor and a tripper is used to transfer materials to the stacker belt conveyor . Circular type stacker support is situated fix in center of a round pile and the boom is moving around the support . In this case materials are fed to the stacker belt conveyor via a belt conveyor on top of the pile.
Reclaimers are in different types:
* Bridge type reclaimers : blades are linked to the chain which moves along and under the bridge and materials are discharged across the pile .
* Bucket wheel reclaimers : materials are discharged from the pile via a bucket wheel at the end of the boom .
* Scrappers are used to take homogenized materials .

These equipment are used for diminution the size of rocks (in different sizes and usually big) extracted from the quarry .

Rotary Kilns
Rotary kilns are long cylindrical equipment mounted on 2 or 3 supports using ring and rollers for proper rotation .
Small slope of kiln cases material moving forward during rotation and burning process will be complete during this time .

We are able to compete on industrial structures and those with special form and precision , cases that normal manufacturer of steel structures are not able or have no intention to execute .
